1. The seller
Products on this site are sold by KIRALDO LLC, registered at 312 W 2nd St, Unit 3926, Casper, WY 82601, USA ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Products & handmade variation
Our pieces are made from natural wood and finished by hand. Grain, colour and the carving of the knight vary from piece to piece; some woods, such as padauk and rosewood, deepen in colour over time. These characteristics are inherent to a handmade wooden object and are not defects.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout through a secure third-party payment provider. An order is confirmed once payment is authorised.
4. Shipping
We ship carefully packed orders within the timeframe shown at checkout. Shipping is free on orders over €120; otherwise a flat rate applies. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with the carrier and destination.
5. Returns
If you change your mind, you may return an unused item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
6. Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or develops a genuine fault, contact us at hello@rokavel.com with photographs and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you.
7. Care
Each product page lists care guidance. Keep wooden items away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight and re-oil as advised; reasonable care keeps a set serviceable for a lifetime.
